Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that every move comes with excitement, a little stress, and plenty of boxes. In fact, I’ve moved more than 27 times during my life. While I don’t recommend making a hobby out of moving, it has given me a unique perspective on what makes a house feel like home and what people truly value in a property.

Whether it’s a home in town, an acreage with room to breathe, hunting land, or a place to build your future, I understand that every property has a story. Living in rural South Dakota has given me an appreciation for our small towns, wide-open spaces, and the lifestyle that makes this area such a special place to call home.

For more than 30 years, I’ve built my career around serving people through sales, marketing, and customer relationships. I believe in answering the phone, keeping my promises, communicating honestly, and treating every client the way I’d want my own family to be treated.

As part of Selling South Dakota, I combine personalized service with today’s marketing technology to help buyers find the right property and sellers present their homes at their very best. My goal is to make the process as smooth, informed, and enjoyable as possible.
