Our Story –

Long ago Broker John Roache and Broker Associate Scott Meyer were high school buddies doing things those typical high schoolers did back in the 70s. In fact, John was even the best man in Scott’s wedding back in 1979. As time went on, they went their separate ways with John starting his real estate career right away with the firm that his father owned, while Scott pursued various sales and marketing interests and for a time was the Executive Director for the world-famous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Fast forward to 2023 where Scott and John have joined forces as co-owners of SellingSouthDakota.net. Their primary focus is to represent buyers and sellers of executive and recreational properties as well as agricultural land. John and Scott’s marketing strategies are unique, and they will be detailing the internet connectivity of the website listings whenever possible because connectivity with the world is key and you need to know this vital information before you buy.
